Hi paddy one of mine has started to lay again too. Just keep an eye in her egg quality, she'll thickness etc.

I don't eat them to be honest one of my neighbours does thou ha, how do you mean quality?

Soft shell and very thin shell eggs can be a sign of problems if they are regular.

Ahh ok, I give eggs a good scrub so they take fair but of messin about with, I have had the odd one or two in past tht has been very think an literally go to wash an it cracks am I have had odd one with soft shell like just skin, if say out of the 250 eggs she's laid maybe 5. If that have been bad that sound ok
