My chooks live in their own enclosure & don't free range because of our fox problem.

It might not be possible as I'd have to make a temporary run for them but I'd like to give the ground a chance to recover in the Spring if I can. Does anyone know how long it should be left for to clear it of parasites, germs etc? Also does anyone know if it helps to dig it over?

hi Lucylou,I'm not sure how long you'd need to leave it,but digging it over would definitely be beneficial,it does speed up how qui8ckly the ground recovers.
