Ordered a coop on Sunday from an on line supplier, delivery expected today. Had heard nothing and browsing their site last nigh found all their coops advertised as out of stock until July. Hmmmm, were in stock when I ordered plus they were quick enough to take the money. Rang today to be told they had no stock and I'd have to wait! :shock: They were reluctant to give a refund and miraculously found a coop in stock an hour later that could possibly be delivered next week. I had to insist on the refund, I just didn't trust them at this point.
So spent the afternoon looking for a coop I could bring straight home and found one in a farm/pet shop quite far away, but they were brilliant there. Sold me a model ready built at a discount price and gave me their number to ring if I need any advice! It was so nice to find such helpful people after being let down. Will definately visit them again (but only in hubby's car as he doesn't pay for petrol
).
