Hi and welcome to the forum
You can get computer programmes for chicken keeping but also you could keep a daily log -either on your PC or in a number of books- egg laying, breeding records, ages when worming/lice treatment due etc.
If you "google chicken keeping pc software" there are a few.

i have a diary where I jot down how many eggs, amount of milk from the goat and things like that.
also bad weather - you can see how it affects the egg production.
keep it somewhere you'll see it every day so you a) dont lose it and b) remember to write it!
there's lots of big gaps, where it was too much trouble or was too busy to write... but it is useful to have
and when I write my memoirs when I'm famous....
I was interested to see who & how many eggs my chooks were laying, so I set up a very basic excell spreadsheet & each month I print off a new page (& there it is pinned to the kitchen wall) so all I have to do is tick the appropriate column each day. Date down the side, names across the top, its easy when you only have 4
Quite interesting looking back over the months. I just felt that as I haven't got much to compare with, it would give me some sort of basis to go on.
I use a diary, record who lays, worming, any sniffles, de lousing, etc also have a book with useful phone numbers & stockists, plus a little book of remedies for things.
