i am that in love with keeping my girls that now i am on the verge of actully buying a coop instead of a shed but i am getting confused on what i really want to do .
i had a 7 by 7 shed which was not totally damp proof for my girls so i got a pretty large wendy house of my sister { shed came from her to } its got two floors so some girls sleep upstairs some sleep downstairs they are all fine in there and very happy but as some of you may know they wont let my 15 wek old c/l in tere of a night so they the poor little things are back in the rabbit hutch which is fine for them for now and the rescued ex batts are in the home made houses which i am not to happy with :lol: but they are suitable . i was thinking of putting a 6'4 shed next to the wendy house an join them together and open up the window of the wendy house and make one in the shed so when all the birds are together they can sleep where they want as they will be plenty of room but now i am thinknig of getting an 8'6 shed and put the back of it in about 3 foot so then i can convert it to proper housing and an outside all year round shelter which is where the food will be placed in gutting about 1 foot of the ground which is what i use at the mo for thier feed { works wanders } but theres one big massive prob hehehee it was bad enough geting the 7 by 7 shed in there let alone and 8 '6 shed i would have to take down part of the door frame to the run which i dont really fancy doing as i mite risk weaking the main frame so now i am thinking of just splashing out on actaul chicken coops :lol: :lol: :lol: but knowing me i will change my mind as i always do .
