We live in Crete and have 40 chickens, 6 ducks, 4 geese (all 4 months + old) and 4 turkeys (3 months old). They all live happily together in our garden. We are thinking of buying some 2 week old goslings. Will it be okay to put them straight in with the others or will we have to keep them separate until they get bigger? We put the chickens and turkeys inside at night (in a shed) but the geese and ducks stay outside, we would put the goslings inside until they were bigger. :)

Hi, i would try and keep them separate for a little while- can you pen them off so the others can see them but not touch them? Goslings aren't too bad but can be a bit nasty if the new ones are only little- they will bite them and knock them over- once they have seen each other for a week or so them you can try and let them out together under supervision at first. It would be better if they slept separate as well.
regards, David :)
