hi can you tell me if anyone has used the R-Com 20, it has an automatic humidity controller and wondered if anyone has used this machine with good results.

I haven't personally, but have heard very good results have been had from the R-com 20's - sorry not much use I know!

We've used the Suro, which suffered from chronic heat loss through the casing because of the design. Everything else was fine. The 20 looks like a vast improvement, but you get what you pay for as it is twice the price of the Suro.
