Sooty is much, much better today and is eating - she has even had some mealworms bless her. 17 I think she is over the worst now but having had her in a centrally heated house for the last few days I don't want to put her back out in the cold yet. Am looking at getting a rabbit hutch to put in the garage as we put a radiator in there when we had the central heating done last year. It keeps the chill off as we use it for rubbing the dogs down when they have been out and storing wellies etc. That way I can keep them in there at night and put them in their run during the day.
Unfortunately tonight she doesn't seem so good again and is sneezing again. If she is no better in the morning will be ringing vet again. Met a friend today who also has bantams and she was on the way to the vets with one of her silkies which has virtually the same symptoms. She lives between 1 - 2 miles from me.
