Hello, I'm Moll, and I've had hens for just over a year now. I've a cream legbar, exchequer leghorn and a light sussex/rir cross. Got a great 3rd hand Eglu in an ex greenhouse walk in run, in a pen at the bottom of the garden. Love my hens, and would love a few more! Looking forward to chatting with you all...MollT

Hello and welcome to the forum Moll! 99 hmmmmm sounds like you have already found out how addictive hen keeping can be! Any idea what sort of chickens you would like to add to your flock?

I'm not particular, although I saw some very pretty marans at Melton Market. I think they were cuckoo marans, I think. They looked a bit grotty though, crusty eyes and nose. So I didn't bid. I am going on the waiting list for some ex batts from the Rspca in January, so who knows!
