Just thought we would pop in and say hi.

We purchased our first ducks today - 4 Pekings - called Orange, Plum, Soy and Hoisin! (not that we will ever be able to tell)

They are just starting to get their adult plumage.

Your ducks names sound very edible... ;-)

Technically, I guess they may be Pekin ducks I guess but the English meat trade for Chinese restaurants call a cross between Aylesbury and Pekin 'Peking Duck'. :?
