Hello every body, i have just returned to keeping poultry after a ten year break, not sure where my reawakened passion will lead but i'm sure i will enjoy it

Hi Rob, and welcome to the Forum. I too returned to keeping poultry a few years ago after a long break, and was amazed at how many things had changed for the better - not only plastic coops, but online forums like this one, to help sort out my problems and mistakes! I'm sure you will certainly enjoy it as much as I have. Have you got any birds yet? If so, which breeds?

Thanks for the welcome, i have a few hybrid pullets just starting to lay, a quartet of naked necks, a pair of lavander pekins and a black pekin hen, it was moving house that allowed me to return to keeping poultry, the old house only had room for my falcons and dogs, i wish i had kept all my old eltex feeders and drinkers, the worst is i know i did not sell them but i am at a loss to where they went, my incubator went on loan to a friend who later moved and did not tell me to where, any way no good moaning or i will be here all night
