Hi.

I am new to breeding poultry
I am very excited to see what i've got in store for me.
I so far have only ducks but might get into chickens as well.
I got two ducklings from runnings for pets, and quickly fell into love with them.
A week later i got 3 more ducklings. :wink:

So i have two cayuga ducklings and three pekin ducks.

I belive that the cayugas are one boy and one girl, and the pekin are two girls and one boy. I'm not for sure though. 07

Hi DuckQueen and welcome to the forum. Don't know an awful lot about ducks as my experience is limited to rearing two wild Mallards to the point of flying off -10 weeks!

Welcome to the forum, thanks for saying hello.

It certainly is an addictive hobby. With the sex of your ducks, the ducks should 'quack' loudly. Drakes are quieter and more of a 'rasp'.
