As the name suggests i keep pigs and poultry and am in the process of turning a hobby into a business.
I have recently started breeding chickens and am building a flock of 'eggciting egg' layers laying a mixture of colours and sizes of eggs. I have just hatched some marans and maran x legbars and am looking for 24 legbar eggs to pop in the incy next. Next year i hope to have built up good laying flock and a small breeding flock of marans and legbars. I'm also developing a hatching programmes for local schools for next year and have had some interest in that too.
Look forward to getting to know people here and hopefully meeting some other breeders who are willing to share their knowledge and to be a source of good quality hatching eggs as i build my flock.
