Just a bit of head shaking going on with my two new pullets. Barely more perceptable than the normal head 'flick' that that they all seem to do naturally but distinct enough to notice. It seems to have decreased as they've settled in and I initially assumed it was stress.
I'm wondering now if mite might be to blame?
Seem healthy in all other respects. Blacktail (Aerial) has just started squatting when picked up and it testing the nest box for comfort. Betty's (Cream Legbar) spiky mohekan is starting to become a proper comb and it seems right now that she is about 2 weeks younger.
