Well after a wild winter we are finally starting to hatch a few chicks.
The early fertility checks on the turkeys turned up a bust so I am going to set another batch of them next week and try again.
So far we have had Madagascar Games hatch, Asils and a few crosses which usually make some pretty good birds.
Tonight I am going to candle eggs from the layer pen. They have two beautiful NN roosters in with them, the blue and the splash. As I get a few pics I will post them here.
One of my Mad. Games hatched nearly featherless, such a beautiful bird.
