Did you see how helpful the RSPCA are being????? Their response to the Mayor's comment appears to be "The birds are all healthy but will help if they fall ill".
No suggestion that they might take some responsibility and help round them up!

Looks a bit like Tygresek's Green-legged Partridge Fowl with those long legs. she says they're a 'very active breed, good at foraging. Best to be kept free range as they suffer in small enclosures.' '
