Green Frog Hen Houses near Shropshire

Hi All,

Are there any members in Shropshire or the surrounding counties who have a Green Frog hen house I could come and look at please?

I'm particularly interested in the Lodge but just seeing the build quality of their products would be a great help.

I am south of Shrewsbury and can visit at any time to suit you.

Try Bev Drury, (Bev's Rare Breed Poultry) see http://www.rarebreedpoultry.co.uk/ Based near Holmes chapel, Junc 18 off the M6, North Staffs/ Cheshire border. i bought my Green Frog form her and she uses them herself and offers to show them to people. She was really helpful to me when I was first enquiring about them, and when I ordered one it arrived within 48 hours. If you have a car with a fold-down back seat you could probably collect and save transport costs as they pack away into two incredibly neat flat parcels for delivery.
(Though i've just noticed she does offer free delivery on Green Frog houses and I don't know if she holds them in stock or gets them as an agent when ordered through her.)

I bought mine from Bev as well and she didn't charge me any carriage and I live in Devon.

Thanks for your replies. Bev Drury is the only one I know of; Green Frog told me they have cut down on their distributors in order to offer a better service.

You can buy direct from the manufacturer, you don't have to buy from a distributor, but Bev was offering a better deal when I bought mine than they were!!!!

Purchasing isn't the problem Sue, I want to have a look at one before I buy. Bev is the nearest but it's still a total of 31/2 hours driving to get there and back which was why I was hoping there might be someone closer with a Green Frog house. Having said that, Adrian Morgan at Green Frog told me they offer a no quibble return policy and will collect free of charge - unlike another firm who would charge twice for pallett collection!

OH boss has one and they are very good quality he really likes them and is replacing all his wooden houses with them when they are done.
