Gagging hen?

Hiya, i have a bantam hen that has started to move her hen in a funny way over the past week. Its as if she want to be sick but nothing comes up. She moves her head up and down side to side and her feathers seems to be sticking out one side. I wondered if she had some straw or something stuck in it? She is still eating but her crop seems a little full and soft but she doesn't smell at all. I have never had sour crop so unsure if this is it? Does anyone have any ideas? Many thanks

Might be Thresherhens. We had one with a feather stuck down her throat. We just kept massaging her kneck and the crop until it cleared through.
