Christmas isn't that far off and I'm sure some of you may be looking around for gifts for loved ones already. So how about a life-size waxwork model of the Queen mother?. Prince Phillip, Prince Charles and the Queen are also available if you are a royal fanatic. Or maybe a 12 pounder anti-submarine gun if you happen to live by the coast, you never know when it may all kick off!. For those who want to outdo the neighbours you can even get yourself a Blackburn Beverley transport plane.

It's a shame really, they don't seem to have been able to find anyone to buy the site and keep the museum open, so it's all got to go.

I'm all excited, especially as I am trying to come back to UK to see my Mum in Sept (nowhere near Hull unfortunately). So far, put me down for the executioner's scene (including heads on poles), a fibreglass life size horse with tack, and a replica of the crown jewels. If I have room, I'll also take the surgeon's scene, complete with blood and guts and an armless patient.

Something for everyone and a very amusing browse, thanks for posting!

That is sad reading, but the Crown Jewels are a must for going down to clean the hens out.
The wax work of her Majesty we could stand beside the coop door with a recording in her voice saying "please wipe ones feet before entering"
OH got excited by the transporter plane, so glad there isn't a combine harvester there for her

Why is there no photo of ‘ Comical display of a soldier sitting on a toilet with WW’?
And what is a WW?

And why is there no bid so far for Price Philip?
