flight feathers

can anyone point me in the direction of a diagram and instruction on trimming feathers on Aylesbury ducks, please? the garden is big and there is plenty enough for a run up, to take off and I dont fancy returning home to find that my little friends have decided to up sticks!!

We had 20 of them last year and not a one of them flew anywhere. Or even tried to. So blooming heavy all they did was waddle around. Never clipped a single wing on any of them.
