First Eggs

Not been on here for a while, but we had our first duck egg[Runner] yesterday 08 & 2 today, suprised, as we thought they wouldn't start to lay till the end of Feb.So guess what's for breakfast tomorow? They got extra mealworms as a treat [not that I spoil them]. They even had luke warm baths when the snow was down.they may not have needed it but they sure did enjoy.

My runner should be due to start laying again soon, but nothing like seeing the first eggs! 17

Mine too about a week ago ,I was also surprised as they have never started before mid Feb before .
