I knew I would get there eventually, here are some pics of my hybrids, nowhere near as spectacular as some of the pure breeds that have appeared here so I have tried to post some photos of them interesting poses instead :)

The first is of Whiteneck doing her maltese falcon impression, this was taken on the hottest day of last year and they were suffering a bit in the heat, I let the chickens name themselves and as she had a whiter neck than my other goldline she became Whiteneck

Then comes GG, standing for greedyguts, she is top hen, is very greedy indeed but also the cleverest and bravest of my flock, will jump up to snatch food if your not on your toes.

The one looking aggressively straight at you is the sarcastically named Snowy, one of two white stars, who is now almost brown, in Snowy's mind she is a 12lb rooster and should be leading the flock, unfortunately she's a puny thing about 3lbs who is firmly put in her place whenever she attempts her rise to power

Blackback my Skyline is the one on the left, lays lovely blue eggs and is currently moulting during the coldest spell of the year, Thickbar on the right is unfortunately no longer with us but was a jawdroppingly stupid chicken

Finally Croucher, who when we introduced her and Snowy rather than running from the attacks submissevely crouched, it seemed to do the trick as the attackers were fairly nonplussed and she took far less punishment than Snowy during the first 2-3 weeks.

Lovely and clean Dinosaw. Look ready for showing, not a feather out of place. Did you give them all a wash and blow dry before the photos?

That was in autumn Chris, you ought to see the white ones now or on second thoughts maybe not, perhaps theyre trying to camouflage themselves.
