hun, that's the first time I've seen your hubby sleep  ,didn't think he did ;) .
The light sussex are huge now :o ,they have grown lots, you know I adore your Serama......and mine LOL.

Thanks for the comments
:o first time you seen him sleep? sheesh hun shows how often you get to visit  . sit him in front of the tv in the evening and he's gone! rofl
Thats why I no longer mind that he works away from Monday to friday, rather him not be here at all than snoring on the settee.
Wait till he comes home later today, I did mention the pekin eggs were hatching, but he hasn't seen how small they are :D
Oh and the new incubator was delivered to the wrong address, they said they didn't know me and sent it back  . Just seems strange to me that the company got it wrong considering it was the same place my other 2 incubators came from.
The lavenders hatched before the silver Partridge and blues are still hatching, gold p due tomoz, love that it's keeping me busy though 8-)

Wow,so how many chicks have you got now :D ,they are adorable aren't they,so cute and snuggly  .
Can't believe your incy went to the wrong address, and the dozy ppl sent it back.....take it they are real Forester's........complete with a sheep or two in the front garden  .
So when is it being re-delivered?
Well, you did mention he falls asleep in front of the t.v.,very cute pic of the chicks with him though.I'd have been tempted to chuck a bucket of cold water on him(avoiding the chicks)to wake him up :D .

:D Have 12 Pekins hatch out of 17 fertile, they were Ebay ones... had hells game with one last one though. It pipped but nothing else happened for ages and was cheeping like mad, I ended up trying to help but ended up thinking I had killed it as I made it bleed a little. 12 hours on from this the chick was still squeeking, I swore I was going to loose it... the membrain inside had dried out and had stuck to the chick, so every time it tried to break free it must have been in pain I carefully chipped away some of the shell and had to soak the poor little mite from it's shell.
That was 24 hours ago, chick is now eating drinking and snuggling up with the rest of the chicks. Some of them really did struggle to break free. Now awaiting the Vorwerks, hope they have an easier job breaking free than the pekins seemed to. :|
I have pics of some of them although need to downsize them before I can post.
