Hello, just to let you know someone has copied the pictures of my geese from this site and is using them to sell eggs on ebay   I have reported the listings and sent a "nice" e-mail to the seller- he/she are conning people into paying for goodness knows what- what is certain is they wont be getting eggs from the birds in the picture. I hope ebay remove them soon :x
Item number: 320671048630 and Item number: 320669294882
beware, regards, David :)

Hi, I am so angry- just had a very abusive e-mail from seller- not a nice person   and ebay are being their usual very slow selves!!!
regards, David :)

Hi David,
What muppets, unfortunately toulouse eggs from good stock, make ridiculous amounts of money on ebay, makes you wonder how many others are trying the same con trick? At least no one from this forum will be bidding for those particular eggs.
Hopefully ebay will remove their listing.
Regards
Sue

regards, David :)

al polite knock on the door followed by a good old ear bashing might make the bloke think twice about using fake photos to promote his sales and then perhaps he would concentrate on just selling his fake tan (ebay feedback did cause a wry smile)

sort the pillock out matey

LMAO!!! Love the directions RL!! I would probably be thinking along them lines too! ...

______ or , ask everyone you know to send the seller (via the questions link) a query ' could you please just confirm that the birds pictured are in fact your own birds and the ones that laid the eggs ' . He will soon get fed up if enough are sent! I remember loads of people off old PB site doing this and the guy withdrew listing pretty quickly! Ros

He has relisted with some other pic- not mine! they are not good birds- will be interesting to see how much they make this time! He is a very rude guy- and has made some money from my pics! It makes me soooooooooo mad     Ebay have done nothing as usual LOL
regards, David :)

You could try telling eBay that the copyright to these pictures belongs to you and are published elsewhere and unless eBay remove them within the next 7 days you will be taking action. That has worked for me in the past but I guess they get many emails...

Just seen the thread. Just cant believe that some people are so dishonest and then rude with it!!! Just checked the items on Ebay and saw bidding ended/withdrawn for both items. Pity I would have liked to identify the person's Ebay name so we can all be alert to this scammer.

only just caught up with this post but happened to me the other week, they actually took the pic from my website home page and ebay didn't do anything  emailed the seller and he /she said :
'THIS PICTURE WAS OF MY STOCK' and went on to say he is 'MY SHOW CHAMP'. makes your blood boil as it was only a few days before that my photos on here were used on preloved :x bit obvious with poultrykeeper
written over the pic but they still do it :-)19

One reason why if possible I like to pick eggs up if possible same with birds and carriers unless you know who you are dealing with :)

It's annoying isn't it. I put poultrykeeper on pictures - so people searching Google Images etc, finding pictures can clearly see it is copyright (they may not visit the site even to take a picture) and it makes it a tiny bit harder for them to use them.

They can edit the images or crop them but it makes it slightly harder.

People also steal articles from the site too which also annoys the whatsit out of me
