Hi all, I'm back  ... Just a few questions... I used to visit here last year when I had my pekins which I no longer have due to moving but now I'm settled into our new home I have 3 pekins and 3 campbells. :) The chicks are 1 week old and the Campbells are 2 1/2 weeks old... I currently have them in 2 big dog crates with cardboard round the sides so they can't get out of the gaps. My question is can I introduce them to each other ready for when they move into the garden..? I mean were currently building the run around the shed outside ready for the big move but I just haven't got a clue about ducks needs...? I've read quite a lot on different sites but I just need basic answers in blonde English  What treats can I give the ducks? and what can't I feed them? So many questions I have so sorry for being a lil tick! Natalie x

Hello, it's not a good idea to introduce them until the chicks are big enough to take care of themselves- otherwise the ducklings have a habit of "running them over  " Once the chicks are bigger then you can do it- ducklings aren't the brightest animals and even 3 on a "mad dash" will totally flatten your poor pekins :(
regards, David :)

Thanks David. Cool. 'note to self' Don't kill the chicks
