duckling will not eat growers

hi my baby ducklings are now 4 weeks and they will only eat there crumb if it is wet and will not touch there grower pellets, they eat loads of lettuce which i put in there water to dabble.
how will i get them to eat there pellets as i am worried that if they stay on there crumb that they will develop angel wing. any suggestions please.

I mix the chick crumb in with the growers pellets, then over a few days mix less and less of the chick crumb into the growers until by day 5 they are only on the growers

If they are really hungry they should - good idea from VP though to change feeds slowly.
