Duckling ate a piece of a water blood??? Help

Hi my 3 week old call duck ate a little bit of a rubber water balloon , so far I ain't seen it come out in it's poop , an that was 3 days ago??? Would it of digested ? Or got stuck?

Could you explain what they ate? I am not sure what a water blood is.

I realised after i posted it I put blood instead of balloon , water balloon sorry .

It should of come out by now, just keep an eye and check the duck doesnt become listless etc as it could possibly cause a blockage.

Showing signs of becoming weak, or dull eye colour, just anything generally, thats out of the norm. By now i should imagine if it has damaged the duck, you'd know about it.
