Duck is keeping one eye closed

Hi
One of my ducks is keeping one of her eyes closed, does anyone have any sugestions at how I can treat her, can I bathe her eye in warm salty water or should I just bathe it in warm water?

Hiya, she could have an infection. Make sure she has a clean bowl of water deep enough to get her entire head into. It could be a number of things. Options are antibiotic ointment from the vet, or you could try some comfort eye ointment from the chemist, goldeneye is a harmless one that just lubricates and soothes and has antibiotic, but check with the vet first
