hi we have recently lost are beautiful drake, i now have a new one and my duck has now at last excepted him, she keeps bobbing her head at him but he does not seem to know what she is asking of him, what age should he be when he is ready to mate with her, he does not have all his head feathers so could he be to young at the moment. 19

They do become sexually mature a week or two before females, sounds quite young but im sure give him time and he'll get the hangof it!!!
