this saturday was a bit of a disaster healthwise at mine.The best part of the day was the drive to Snifter's (she's great)to get her ark run from her.Came home to a few problems(see my post in chicken's health)but today,sunday has been lovely.
Annies popped round to see me,and,collected a few quail from me,and she's great,but her nephew is fabulous.
He is young,very polite and well mannered(a real credit to his parents)and brilliant with all animals.He approaches them correctly,quietly,no sudden movement and confidently.Handles everything really well from a tiny quail chick,a gerbil,adult quail which he catches and handles really well,to snakes.
He is a real gem and I would have loved to keep him.
Should also mention here,that Annie and her husband are lovely too,you're all very welcome here....as long as you bring your nephew as well
