Thought to start a new thread with this rather than hammering it out in for sale or wanted.
So what happens if a cockerel is not at the top of the pecking order? Clearly its not what you want but I was wondering -
do they take their place lower down?
or are they rejected by the whole flock and attacked in a different way?
Obviously I don’t want that to happen but I’m just trying to work out what is the worst that could happen if an introduction went not according to plan.
Would they have a miserable life if they weren’t top chook? I guess they don’t do the 'new man' thing very well!
