Clipping wing

I never thought I would ever ask this, but both my neighbors have large dogs and both the ducks have been flapping around today and I am worried. How do you clip wings?
 
I would not clip-beter chances of getting away from danger,but if you do there is a post somwere type wing clipping in search box:)
 
Thats what I thought, though there are no dangers that can get into my yard. So I think that it is more risky if they fly.

I clipped their wings this morning, I was really suprised at how easy it is, and I felt really bad, but they can have the whole garden so they seem a lot happier now which has stopped me feeling guilty. I know they are perfectly safe as nothing ever comes in my garden specially not foxes, I have a 6ft fence and my dogs keep things like cats away and other things so they are perfectly safe :) They were both so good, did me proud :)
