It is late spring in New Zealand, we have some old hens, some two year olds and some that we bought as point-of-lay in August. The two year olds and the pullets have stopped laying. Any suggestions?

It could be a number of things - I would start by reading some information on the site-
If you go to the Poultry Diseases and Disorders page and go to the 'Reproductive' tab, you should see "No Eggs or Stopped Laying"
If you expand this, you should see some suggestions...
