hi ieweve been having problems with neibours reporting us to local council about animals ie planning/ enc=vio health dept council came told them to go away and make appiontmemt before comming agaian planning says i req planniong for sheds in garden load of xxxxx dont need planning envioro health says i need pet shop licence loads of xxxxx dont need it but ion fact if i have to have one £105 to council it gives me rights to sell all types of animall feeds equipment with no planning req because not got shop can you adam eve it council shoots self in foot no more visits alowed from them and can sell anything related to pet shop from house nice one council ball in my court now 08 17 10 :lol: 99
