Just thought I would share some pics of misty my rex rabbit. I bought her as an adult last year with a plan to breed her this spring. little did I know she was already ahead of me and 10 days after I got her she had 6 little kittens. and to my surprise even with the stess of a new home she raised them all. after recovering and getting her into good condition she is now hopefully pregnant and should give birth in a couple of weeks.
kizzy is one of the un planned bunnies I got to attatched to so she is staying with her mum

I adore rabbits!! they are beauties stepyone - have had many breeds but no rex - yet! Ha! Nearly had one last autumn when I got a french lop neutered male to keep my female company and the lady I got him from had rexes. I already have 8 rabbits and they are all in pairs ( not breeding ) and had hutches built to fit in a shed with runs outside so they are all in one place so by getting more it would have defeated the object - but one day...... :lol:
