First time to your wonderful site! Have a Barred Rock Broody, and put 4 eggs and 4 Guinea Eggs under her, and today after 2 weeks of sitting, she moved off of the nest....what to do? Put them in an incubator? Is it too late? Thanks for being there.

Put them in the incubator asap and wait and see what happens when they are due to hatch.

I've had a similar thing happen. I've had a broody shift position in the middle of the night and a couple of the eggs were cold in the morning and another time the hen got out the run and couldn't get back in for a whole day but in both cases the eggs hatched, they just took about five or six days longer than normal. They were at the two week stage though like yours, and it seems that the chick has developed enough by then to keep some of its body heat in the egg. I would say that yours will be OK in the incubator.
