Black nostrils

One of my broody hens has developed black nostrils. She seems well but just wonder if this is anything to worry about?

Mine get black nostrils when they have been rooting around in potting compost or eating something sticky like fruit or yoghurt and some dirt has got stuck in the crevices. The only time I had a problem was when Betty was a young pullet and had very small nostril slits which easily got blocked and made her shake her head and gape.
