My Oh is busy sorting out her late mothers affairs, one of which involved cancelling the insurance for the contents. The person at the other end after the initial condolences asked if she was really sure she wanted to cancel the policy as if the property was burgled nothing would be covered " there is nothing left in there"
" well it could still be burgled"
Then the person said " well you really should keep the insurance you have on the stair lift as your mother could be stuck if she needs to go up and down stairs"
OH just said " she can fly up and down now". Just a good job she is level headed about all this
