Hi,

All is well once more-our Tillie, (the white one) is now fully recovered after her impacted crop. To get her eating we tempted her with a bowl of warm ready brek and after the cold and miserable weekend we have just had they all partook in a little comfort food-. This morning they came rushing towards, very excited and then walked off in disgust when they realised it was back to boring old pelletts!

(Took a little video for our own viewing but they look so cute, bless em.....would like to share it. Don't know how else to upload or view a home video other than going through Youtube.)

Love the video - they are so civilised!- Can they pop to Wales and teach my lot how to eat nicely and share!
They are a lovely looking little flock - very pretty :D

They are so cute, mine would be pushing & shoving to get the biggest share :D

Lovely birds, so pretty.

Hi,

Don't be fooled, the charade was for the benefit of the camera- my girlies are quite vain!

You should see them gobbling up their regular food- the top hen, our black pekin, stands in the bowl until she has had her fill of the tasty bits...... They are not impressed with me at the moment, no more ready brek, and boy are they sulking!!

lovely girls and what a fabulous lawn! :D

Agree on the lawn! How is it so beautiful & lush looking with all your chooks? We have 4 and move the pen around once a week & even though they are only in it for about 5 hours a day while I'm at work they destroy each green patch we move them to

You have such wonderfully behaved girls. You could start up Chicken Obedience classes
