I just wanted to say I'm sorry to Aileen and Sue for upsetting them yesterday, and anyone else of course that was offended. It wasn't my intentions, it's just something i feel very strongly about. Working in veterinary care i've seen a lot of stressed animals and clients keeping them alive selfishly. Not to mention dealing with my family trying to keep my mother alive when she was no longer there after being on machines for a while. So it's rather touchy for me and I apologize for getting too emotionally involved. I felt i needed to say my peace and also explain why i felt the way i felt. I'm all for educating people about animal behaviour as it's my passion, but i don't think i went about it the right way. I hope you can understand... because of my learning disability(ADHD) i tend to have trouble expressing myself and having a bit of tact/control. I have to say i did reread it a few times and it still made sense to me in my head with my tone of voice. but on here it could be misconstrued i guess. i hope that you can keep in mind that I have the animals best care in mind regardless of my personal feelings. I have a very kind heart and not a bad bone in me, but because of my disability I can be misunderstood if you don't know me well. So I hope you can accept my apologies and explainations and understand where I was coming from in a good way, not a nasty one.

can I also add, i have made this post on my own accord and have not been prompted to do so, i hope you can respect that.

And we all shoot from the hip at times without meaning to hurt or offend

She's failing...tomoro's D Day.... She sort of eats, she sort of drinks and she sort of walks but her head is getting lower and lower and her naps longer.....
 
Yep,Iam gutted.
But as you and I both know, we do whats best for the bird, and sometimes its making that horrid decision.
So if you could raise your glass tomoro night and ching ching for a brave fight from Droopy then it would be hugely appreciated.

not sure that would be appropriate as we're having chicken... :-)04 we'll raise a glass tonight when we have beef tacos! :oops:
