anyone used Citricidal (34%) for Poultry?

Hi, sometime ago, someone advised me to try using Citricidal, so I bought some, when it came it only had directions/dose for humans as a food supplement. So rather than guess how much to use, I didn't use it, I would hate to cause damage to any of our birds through my own ignorance.
I have just found the stuff at the back of a cupboard ! Thought the best thing to do was just post a message, and hopefully someone will have some experience of using this product, for future reference.

i use it sometimes if the birds seem a bit snuffly or under the weather
i use about 5 drops per litre of water
