any goose experts out there

so yesterday i bought my self a few pairs of geese first pair were a true pair of breacon buffs lovly geese
the second pair were sold to me a grey african geese know to my knowlege african geese are just beefed up chinese geese black beak knob on there head were as the geese i have bought have orange beaks and feet the same feather colour as african the gander must be at least 3.5ft to 4ft tall huge fella any ideas on what breed this is

also am i right in thinking that ganders have a smooth underbelly and the goose has a saggy bellie ??

Not a goose expert at all but I would love to know how to sex them as we have Romans and have no idea what is what! Never have!

hi yes iv been trying to figure out how to sex older birds i can vent sex day old gosling but wouldnt like to try it on older birds the only diffrence i can see in my ebdems breacon buffs and africans is that my have smooth underbellies and the females have saggy bellies i only know this as i have seen them lay eggs

hi yes well i did have 4 geese in my audi a3 i got a few looks and smiles and waves of kids was an experience lol

Vent sexing adults is quite easy. If you can vent sex goslings, you can do adults except they are a little harder work to handle but with a little practice, it gets better. Difficult to explain but put them on their back on your knee/s. Put the head/neck beween your legs (I've been nipped a few times) then press gently round the vent stretching it at the same time. Penis should pop out if there is one.
