I hatched a pair(I think ) of toulouse x embden in July last year gander is treading well but no sign of eggs yet ,these are my first geese so not sure when they normally start to lay .
Any geese laying yet ?

Hello, my old geese are laying but last years hatch are not- the weather has been bad and if they are mating it will not be long- as long as you have a goose! sometimes same sex pairs will mate :shock: and therefore no eggs- especially if you only have two- they normally mate for a few weeks before laying so it shouldn't be long now, hope this helps? regards, David
