I always used to say that I wished the cats could smile; you just knew that sometimes they were happy, but it would have been the cherry on the cake to see a smile on their furry chops

Wow! What a magnificent and beautifully-marked cat as well as the smile!

She spent 7 months with the RSPCA being passed over after she was abandoned while heavily pregnant, but she was really timid so no one wanted her, by the time we took her she had also become agoraphobic. With some TLC she is now a different animal, she's very affectionate and will happily flop down and let you stroke her for long periods often with a big smile on her face, mind you if she's not happy you know it, she has a real sourpuss face in her repertoire too.
