Something to make you smile -

I gave a friend some eggs, she's not had any of our home-laid eggs before. She was thrilled at the thought. When I gave them to her, in an egg box, she opened it & said...........

"Oh how lovely, they're just like real eggs" :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:

What did she expect?????????????????? Chocolate :lol: :lol: (She did admit that it came out differently to what she meant!!)

I am always surprised when I take eggs into work, you always get one person who hasn;t a clue about poultry and eggs, and always assume you need a cockerel for a hen to lay an egg :?

I have a friend that has kept chickens for a few years, various breeds. My sister in law asked why the eggs were blue in colour, she was told they were cold....took her ages to work out we were pulling her leg
