Last year I bought a trio of Abacot rangers from a reputable source which have been running with my other ducks over winter. I have now separated the Abacots with the intention of collecting eggs in a couple of weeks for incubation. The books state that Abacot Rangers produce white eggs, however, I was surprised to find the occasional green egg. I know that runners may produce both colours of egg depending upon genetics, but has anyone else got green Abacot eggs ?
