He sounds a nasty piece of work. Nevertheless I can’t help but think dismissal for demolishing a snowman is a bit severe. An apology and a bunch of chocolates would be more appropriate. I’m sure a youth of his nature with a child of his own on the way will either by crime or by benefits end up costing the state a fortune.
