i have had 4 pekins hatch now the third to hatch is a bit slow in standing up and doing stuff, will he/she be ok, should i intervene???

today is day 20 of my pekin bantam hatching eggs.i have 1 that is wobbling and cheeping, should i spray with warm water or leave them alone? i am dreading anything going wrong this late in the incubation.
