    burst duvet running round the garden.

    Can anyone advise me please? One of my warrens has just started to moult. Is this normal? I have read on the forum that they usually moult in the winter but Elsie is loosing feathers in the garden like a burst duvet! Do you think she is OK?     worming

    Hi All, My girls are in the middle of "worming week" so poor things cant roam freely in the garden and peck around. I moaned to my neighbour and she said I dont really need to do it.     blood on Elsie's crop.

    Please can you advise ..... Elsie has quite a large crop but as it's the evening,I'm not overly concerned.... except she is missing a few feathers from her crop and there is a little blood on her skin.     closing the pop hole

    eating her own eggs

    Pleeeeease help (again!) Elsie is laying lovely hard shelled eggs again now... horray! but the next problem is they are sooooo tasty, she is eating them herself (by about 6.30 in the morning.)     adding to the flock

    run flooring..can I use shingle?

    I have a cunning idea!!!! Can I put large shingle down in my run to keep the girls feet out of a swamp? I could hose down and the water would drain away? Clean and dry. Not very soft for my girls to walk on though. :?
