    Hi David, I usually use 2 bantam eggs in place of a "normal" egg in cooking so it's more like they are around half the size. The size of egg does vary with the breed of bantam though- my pekins lay smaller eggs than my poland bantams for example. NCOTB would be able to advise you on the size...
